Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Note on gifts: Gifts are promotional bonuses available in limited quantities. In the event of stock shortage or unavailability, they may not be included in the package. The absence of free products does not affect the validity of the order or the right to return the main product.

- Broken, defective or misdelivered product: Momount will cover all return costs.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return the one you received and place a new order.
Refund times
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product.
How do I return a product?

- Follow the instructions: Our team will guide you step by step.
- Prepare the package: Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Send the package: Follow the return instructions sent by e-mail.
Special cases
Product damaged on delivery
- Check: Check the product immediately upon receipt.
- Report: Contact us promptly with a description and photos at contact@momount.com.
- Solution: Return, exchange or full refund - your choice.
Change of mind
- Conditions : Unused product, in its original packaging, with labels.
- Procedure: Contact us at contact@momount.com to initiate the return procedure.
Incorrect product received
- Report: Inform us immediately after receipt.
- Solution: We will organize the return and send back the correct product free of charge.
Refund details
Processing
- Processing time: 7 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
- Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.
Refund problems
- Delays: Contact your bank. If the problem persists, write to us at contact@momount.com.
- No refund: We will investigate and return the funds if necessary.
